Archangelica reflects our role in organisations: standing slightly outside the system, with enough proximity and independence to see what’s really shaping outcomes.
The name signals care, clarity and responsibility, taking its name from the angelica plant, known for its ability to support strength, balance and resilience. It reflects our focus on systems that work as a whole, supporting people and performance to hold under pressure.
Archangelica was created from a simple belief:
Lasting change happens when the right conditions are intentionally designed around people.
Too often, organisations focus on fixing individuals while the systems around them remain unchanged. Culture, leadership behaviours and decision-making continue to shape outcomes, whether intentionally or not.
Archangelica works at the root, helping organisations design systems, environments and leadership practices that enable people and performance to thrive together.

Founder-Led
Archangelica is founded and led by Fiona Daniel, a systems-focused consultant and facilitator.
Her work combines strategic insight, practical delivery and original models developed through years of hands-on practice across complex organisational environments.
She is currently writing a book exploring how environments, personal growth, choice and purposeful leadership enable people to thrive.
