Archangelica reflects our role in organisations: standing slightly outside the system, with enough proximity and independence to see what is really shaping outcomes.
The name is drawn from angelica, long regarded as a healing herb of the highest order. It reflects our belief that lasting results come not from surface fixes, but from addressing what is misaligned and restoring strength, balance and effectiveness at the root.
Archangelica was created from a simple belief:
