Public Course Booking & Cancellation Terms

This page explains what happens when you book a place on a public course or learning programme with Archangelica (a trading name of FD2i Ltd), including courses delivered in partnership with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). 

• Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received or an invoice has been issued.
• You will receive joining information by email ahead of the course start date.
• Payment must be received before the course begins unless otherwise agreed.

• Prices are shown exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Any discounts must be applied at the time of booking
• Fees are payable at the point of booking or in line with invoice terms.

You have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of booking and receive a full refund.

If the course starts within this 14-day period, you will be asked to confirm that you wish the course to go ahead and acknowledge that your right to cancel will end once the course has begun.

Once the 14-day cancellation period has passed, refunds are not available.

If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute attendee at no additional cost.

Non-attendance does not count as cancellation.

Courses are subject to a minimum number of participants.

Where this minimum is not met, or where delivery is no longer viable, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the course. In these circumstances, all booked participants will be offered either:

• a full refund, or
• the option to transfer to an alternative date
   

We may also make reasonable changes to a course (for example, venue, format or facilitator). Where possible, we will notify participants in advance.

Archangelica is not responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs incurred.

• Substitutions are permitted at any time before the course starts at no extra charge.
• Transfers to another course or date are not guaranteed and may be subject to an administration fee.
• Partial attendance does not qualify for partial refunds or credits.

We expect all participants to engage respectfully and professionally.

If behaviour is disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate, we reserve the right to remove a participant from the course without refund.

Where a course leads to a CMI qualification

• registration with CMI is required
• relevant personal data will be shared with CMI for registration and assessment purposes
• this is done with your consent and in line with our Privacy & GDPR Policy

Personal data is handled in accordance with Archangelica’s Privacy & GDPR Policy, available on our website. 

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
