 Archangelica is a trading name of FD2i Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

We are committed to protecting personal data and being transparent about how we collect, use and share it.

What Data We Collect

We collect personal data only when necessary and proportionate. This may include:


  • name, job title and organisation
  • email address and contact details
  • information provided through contact forms, applications or enquirie
  •  information provided when completing assessments or diagnostics, including the STAR Diagnostic
  • booking and registration details for learning programmes and events
  • information required to register learners for professional qualifications, including Chartered Management Institute (CMI) programmes (such as name, contact details, date of birth and registration information)
  • information collected through surveys, questionnaires or feedback tools used for defined purposes (such as pre-course questionnaires, evaluation or research activity)
  • personal and professional details relating to associates, contractors and facilitators, where required for contracting, NDAs, delivery and governance
  • technical data such as IP address, browser type and website usage

Data Provided By Client Organisations

In some cases, we receive personal data from client organisations as part of delivering agreed services. This may include names, job roles or contact details of individuals invited to participate in activities such as workshops, focus groups, interviews or learning programmes.


This data is used solely for the purposes of delivering the agreed work and is not used for marketing or unrelated activity.

Aggregated & Anonymised Organisational Data

For some projects, particularly large organisational or sector-wide work, we analyse aggregated and anonymised organisational or workforce data provided by client organisations.

This may include high-level demographic or organisational characteristics (such as age ranges, sex, gender or other workforce indicators) where relevant to the work.

This data:

  • does not identify individuals
  • is analysed at group or system level only
  • is used to identify patterns, risks and systemic factors
  • is not used to evaluate or profile individuals
     

We do not seek to re-identify anonymised data.

How We Use Your Data

 We use personal data to:


  • respond to enquiries and requests
  • deliver consultancy, advisory and learning services
  • provide access to assessments and diagnostics
  • manage applications, bookings and programme participation
  • register learners for professional qualifications where applicable
  • administer surveys, feedback or research activity for defined purposes
  • contract and manage associate delivery and governance
  • meet legal, regulatory and contractual obligations
     

We do not sell personal data.

CMI Qualifications & Data Sharing

When you register for a CMI-accredited qualification or programme delivered by Archangelica, we are required to share relevant personal data with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) in order to register you as a learner and administer the qualification.


This data sharing:

  • is necessary to deliver the qualification
  • is limited to the information required for registration and assessment
  • s carried out only with your explicit consent, which is collected at the point of application or registration
     

CMI processes personal data in accordance with its own privacy policy and data protection obligations.


We do not share learner data with CMI for marketing purposes.

Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data under one or more of the following lawful bases:


  • Consent – where you have given clear permission (for example, CMI registration or surveys)
  • Contract – where processing is necessary to deliver a service or programme
  • Legitimate interests – where processing supports our business and does not override your rights
  • Legal obligation – where we are required to comply with the law
     

Where consent is required, it can be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal may affect participation in certain services or the attainment of qualifications.

Third Party Platform Services

We use trusted third-party platforms and service providers to support the delivery of our work. These may include:


  • learning, event and booking platforms
  • online survey, collaboration and facilitation tools
  • assessment and diagnostic platforms
  • email and communication tools
  • payment processors
  • awarding and professional bodies (including CMI)
     

These providers process data securely, only for agreed purposes, and in line with applicable data protection requirements.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
