Archangelica delivers professionally recognised leadership programmes designed for individuals who are responsible for shaping people, strategy, operations and organisational outcomes.
Delivered as a Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Approved Centre, these programmes support leaders to develop the insight, judgement and capability required to operate effectively at a strategic level, applying learning directly to real organisational contexts.

A specialist programme focused on leading equality, diversity and inclusion at a strategic level, aligned to organisational objectives, legal requirements and good practice.
The associated course is delivered over three days. Learners who register for the qualification within six weeks of the course receive structured study support and typically complete the programme within six months, with a maximum of 12 months' flexibility where required.
This programme has the following core learning outcomes:

- Know how to develop strategic priorities for equality, diversity and inclusion
